Therefore, preventing electrostatic damage is the number one problem in all IC design and manufacturing.
ESD access control system
The first one is the electronics industry, including microelectronics, LED, LCD, semiconductors, etc. The products produced in these industries are mostly sensitive components, and the rapid release of static electricity will cause the current breakdown of the components, causing them to age and damage them; The second is the industries that require high cleanliness, such as medicine and food. The reason why industries with high cleanliness requirements are said to be because static electricity will attract dust. If static electricity is not eliminated, it will enter a dust-free clean area and bring dust into the workshop. Pollution in the workshop; there is also the petrochemical industry, including gas stations, etc. The reason is that static electricity is one of the sources of fire and explosion in the petrochemical industry.
In addition to these industries, static electricity also harms many other industries, such as aerospace, optics, etc. Therefore, how to prevent static electricity has become the top priority of the enterprise.
Zecheng explained that ESD protection is mainly controlled from four directions.
Operator: People are the biggest source of static electricity. People's movement and work will generate static electricity, and electrostatic discharge may occur when they come into contact with or approach microelectronic devices. To reduce the personnel factor, you must wear anti-static clothing, gloves and anti-static shoes, wear an anti-static wristband/foot ring and be reliably grounded.
ZeCheng ESD access control management mode:
1. The employee only needs to swipe his card to test the wrist strap instrument to determine the displayed resistance value, and the gate will automatically open in the OK range
2. The employee only needs to swipe the card to test the electrostatic shoes. The ZC-A10 instrument judges and displays the resistance value of the left and right feet, and the gate opens automatically in the OK range
3. The employee needs to test the electrostatic shoes and wrist strap by swiping the card. The ZC-A10 instrument displays the resistance value of the hand shoes, and the gate will automatically open in the OK range.
4. Customers and VIPs want to enter the workshop to watch, we have prepared a VIP test-free card for him, and the gate will open automatically when the card is swiped.
5. If the boss or manager wants to enter the workshop, we have also prepared a special card for you, and the gate will open automatically when you swipe the card.
6. It can be equipped with fingerprint recognition or face recognition before testing

Automation equipment: The automation equipment in the production workshop can generate a large amount of static electricity, especially in the processing of microelectronic devices. Static electricity causes a large number of microelectronic devices to fail. Therefore, equipment, instruments, workbenches, stools, shelves, etc. need to be reliably grounded.
Material: Use antistatic/conductive materials in the operating environment to make work surfaces, packaging boxes, packaging bags, etc.
Environment: The generation of static electricity is proportional to the humidity of the environment, that is, the higher the humidity, the less static electricity will be generated. However, the environment with high humidity is likely to cause rust and corrosion. Considering comprehensively, the humidity of the general electronics production workshop is maintained at 30%-70%RH. In addition, an ion fan can also be used to neutralize static charges.
