Debugging and daily maintenance of channel gate's entry and exit passage, alarm function

1、 Debugging of access mode for gate machine in and out direction

Set the access mode of the gate through the WORK MODE module on the control panel. The entrance and exit directions of the gate can be independently set to [controlled passage], [free passage], or [prohibited passage]. The general gate access mode is set to two-way controlled access (default), controlled access in/out direction&prohibited access in/out direction, and controlled access in/out direction&free access in/out direction. Observe whether the door swing status, traffic direction indicator light, and channel status indicator light are normal under different working modes. If they work normally, the traffic mode switching function is normal; otherwise, the function is abnormal.

2、 Debugging of the alarm function of the gate

During the debugging process, when pedestrians illegally enter, pass in the opposite direction, or follow through, the buzzer should alarm and prompt,

3、 Daily maintenance of gate products

The daily maintenance of the gate machine needs to pay attention to the following contents:

(1) Non professional personnel are prohibited from opening the chassis for debugging, maintenance, and product services;

(2) It is prohibited to use hard objects to clean the surface of the gate machine, otherwise it may be scratched and affect its appearance.

(3) It is prohibited to use clean water for cleaning, otherwise it may cause short circuits in electrical accessories and affect the normal use of the gate.

(4) Regularly check the connections of each interface of the movement to prevent loose connecting hardware.

(5) Lubricants must be regularly used to lubricate the movement components.

(6) Regular inspection of sockets and line connections is necessary to ensure stable line connections.

(7) Regularly check the grounding connection of the electrical system to prevent leakage.

(8) After completing the inspection and maintenance, please power up the gate system and close the repair door.
