1. Generation and harm of static electricity
Static electricity is the product of electrons moving (including polarization and conduction) inside or between materials. Two different materials are in contact with each other, and the distance between them is less than a certain distance, such as 10-25cm. Due to the tunneling effect, the electrons in the two materials pass through the interface and exchange with each other. When the exchange reaches equilibrium, there will be a certain potential difference between the materials, and equal positive and negative charges appear on both sides of the interface. If the two materials after contact are separated, the two materials will be charged with the same amount of positive and negative charges respectively. This is the basic principle of static electricity generation.
There are three main ways to generate static electricity: friction electrification, conduction electrification, and induction electrification.
Frictional electrification: because objects of different materials come into contact and then separate, because different atomic nuclei have different binding abilities to electrons, when two different materials are contacted or rubbed, peripheral electrons will be transferred to the party with greater binding capacity, resulting in a material band Positively charged, the other material is negatively charged.

Conduction charging: because in the conductor, electrons can move freely on its surface. When in contact with a charged body, electrons will undergo charge transfer, resulting in a balance between the charges of the two, thus forming an electrostatic phenomenon.
Inductive charging: refers to the induction of an adjacent electric field. For a conductor, electrons move freely on the surface of a conductive material. If the conductor is placed in another electrostatic field, because the same-same charges repel each other and the opposite-sex charges attract each other, positive and negative ions will occur Transfer, the conductor is charged due to the imbalance of positive and negative charges caused by electrostatic field induction.
From the basic principles and methods of static electricity generation, it can be seen that in the entire production process of general electronic products, many processes may generate static electricity. The electronic manufacturing process may cause static electricity on operators, work surfaces, tools, components and packaging. As long as there is static electricity, there must be an ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) process, which is mainly caused by the instantaneous discharge current. The noise generated by the induction of the circuit and the discharge current cause the reference ground potential such as product ground and signal ground to shift and fluctuate, thereby causing interference to the normal operation of the circuit.
Electrostatic hazards have some different characteristics from general lightning protection or electromagnetic interference.
Concealment: The human body does not perceive the general electrostatic discharge, but the components are unknowingly damaged.
Potentiality and accumulation: After some components are damaged by electrostatic discharge, they only show some performance parameters decline, but they have not failed. If they continue to be used, they may cause failure. Therefore, static electricity has potential for damage to the device.
Randomness: Electrostatic discharge damage of electronic components may occur at any link, any step, and any relevant charged human body (or object) from processing to manufacturing to use and maintenance. It has a strong randomness.
Complexity: Some electrostatic damages are also difficult to distinguish from damages caused by other causes, making people mistakenly regard electrostatic damage failures as other failures, and make wrong judgments.
For the assembly of electronic products, the hazard of static electricity seriously affects the quality, yield and reliability of the product. The clean room used for the assembly of electronic products must be systematically anti-static to minimize the level of static electricity during the production process. .
ZeCheng Anti-static access control system
In order to protect against static electricity more effectively, source control must be carried out from the source of static electricity. To this end, an anti-static access control system is introduced for key areas. The access control system can detect whether the anti-static measures or equipment of each worker who enters the anti-static area is qualified. System function modules include: identity and authority confirmation, anti-static wrist strap and anti-static shoes detection, level control board, etc.
To further ensure the effectiveness of anti-static access control, for some manufacturing companies that require cleanliness of the working environment, the access control system can be linked with the air shower dust removal system leading to the work area, that is, the access control signal is integrated into the air shower door control system. This type of mode can ensure that the anti-static equipment is qualified and effective from the first pass into the work area.
Good grounding system

To reduce or prevent the chance of static charge accumulation and to build a safe electrostatic discharge path, it is necessary to build a good electrostatic grounding system. Electrostatic grounding refers to passing electrostatic objects or objects that may generate static electricity (non-insulators) through a conductor It forms an electrical circuit with the earth so that it is at the same potential as the earth. Its purpose is to speed up the flow and leakage of static electricity, so that the static charge of the charged material can be effectively and smoothly released, so as to avoid the accumulation of static electricity.

The gate is a channel blocking device (channel management equipment), which is mainly used in the management of urban rail transit to manage the flow of people and regulate the entry and exit of pedestrians. It is mainly used in the subway gate system and the toll ticket gate system. Paid and non-paid areas. Its most basic and core function is to realize that only one person can pass through at a time, and it can be used at the entrance of various charging and access control occasions.
